Using the mail-in service is a very quick and simple way to have your phone repaired. All you have to do is follow these quick steps: 

First of all, you will have to contact us,  the best way to do this is using Facebook. Please briefly describe your problem and let us know that you're interested in using the Mail-in service. We will give you an estimated price of the repair. If you're happy enough with the estimated price, the next step will be preparing your phone for a safe transfer. 

The best way to pack your device is using a "jiffy" envelope, this is a bubble lined envelope which will protect your device during transfer. You can also wrap your device in bubble wrap for extra protection. (Jiffy envelopes and bubble wrap can be bought in Poundland, etc.)

Don't send anything unnecessary- phone case, SIM card, etc.

Include a note with your name, return address,your phone number, passcode and a brief description of the problem. 

Seal the envelope securely and send it via Royal mail 1st Class or Special Delivery to our address:
